After Customer’s semi-manufactured goods (electroplating) enter our factory, we examine the surface condition of screw electroplating immediately(coating smooth degree, adhesive force, clean degree, coating thickness measurement) ,we record it on quality control examination form. ( Electroplating) |

Electric Drilling Machine,Customer’s Examination Standard. |
After finishing the product, we examine its surface condition (hues, stuffing porosity). If the hardness and thickness of inner coating layer is required, we use electric drilling machine and customer’s examination standard for checking, we record the result on Coating-Long quality control examination form. ( Finished Products) |
