PB – 2115 is a phosphating process on the basis of zinc phosphate for iron materials and serves as a pre – treatment prior to cold forming. PB – 2115 is applied by immersion. After immersing 3 ~15 minutes in operating temperature 75 ~ 85℃. The weight of the phosphate coating amounts to 5~15 g/m2 by immersing application.
